These are great! I have one suggestion for you to add with your time in the sun: go barefoot on the grass and skip. I swear, it will make you feel SO good.

Yes to protein btw! It saved me from experiencing PPD and PPA again :)

Omg re:protein that is so good to know!! PPD is one of my biggest fears, but I definitely want to have kids after my wife is done w law school 🥺

And yes to barefoot!! Always loved the feeling of my feet in the grass 🥰

Don’t be scared of it :) just educate yourself and your wife in it so you both know the signs. With help, it gets better! Also, the nutrition and sleep that’s needed with it to jump start the balance of hormones :)

YES to sunlight, adding—not subtracting, and journaling!! I want to get more clocks in my house so I don't keep my phone next to me at night lol
