loved all these tips!! the body scan thing is such a good one, i always realize i’m self-consciously clenching my jaw and have to tell myself to stop biting down so hard 😭

Yes!! For me it’s always my jaw, my shoulders up to my ears, or my hands curling into fists, so even just learning to check those a few times a day has been super helpful!

I’ve been practising mindfulness a lot since therapy, and it really helps. Slowing down in your actions is also a greaaat tool to regulate your nervous system. Loved your article!
